en People are upset. The top is blowing off. We need another way to get to work, and the roads we've got aren't going to do it.

en The message that we'd like to get out now is that we have 3,600 plows on the roads, so if people can stay off the roads to let the plow drivers to their work, that would be best.

en People have to slow down and be cognizant of the weather. A lot of times, fluids from cars can be on the roads that mix with the rain and the roads can become hazardous before it can get cleaned up.
