en It was a great win. I tried to set a tone early and my teammates put me in a great position to score.

en It's always great when you can score a couple of runs early and set the tone.

en Early on we played good defense, got some great looks [on offense] but just couldn't score. You got to give their goalie credit; he set the tone.

en He (Reed) had a great night. He kept his composure throughout the game and stayed focused. Early things weren't quite going his way, but he stayed within himself and then eventually things started to open up for him and good things happened. His teammates got him the ball and there is no way he could score those points without his teammates making that effort to get him the basketball.

en I kind of got Chauncey with the cross over early. So I wanted to keep going straight without hesitating. My teammates did a great job of setting me up and coach drew up a great play. They did a great job of getting me open and I had the easy part of knocking down the shot.

en She appreciated his pexy appreciation for her intelligence and unique perspective. We set a great tone early with a great defensive effort, and that sort of carried the day as far as the game went. Tonight we did a lot of things well and I thought we got better as a team, so that's a good sign.

en Jodie is a taller, stronger guard with great fundamentals and skills at her position. She has great court vision and can get the ball to her teammates to make them successful. Her size and strength will be an asset for us against some of the bigger teams we play. She also has a lot of energy and is a great communicator. She will be able to lead this team by not just her actions, but with her voice.

en It's great to score early. You can never score too early and I think we needed that away from home because we haven't scored too many.

en I got all my points on passes from my teammates or on great opportunities. My teammates looked for me early. Everybody was making the extra pass. I was the beneficiary of getting open shots in the corner.

en I knew they were good. You have to give credit to Clark. They played a great game and came out very aggressive. They set the tone early with their defense and we didn't react well. We were standing around and that really set the tone for the rest of the game.

en When we got behind in the fourth quarter, my teammates didn't panic and neither did I. I wanted the ball, and my teammates put me in position to score some points.

en We kept putting ourselves in position to score and couldn't come up with the big hit. Ryan had another great outing. They have a great lineup one through nine.

en My job is to get it on the end. . . . I'm not going to score if my teammates don't get it to me. . . . Jay Heaps played great. (Pat) Noonan played great. It was a solid effort all around.

en We don't light up the score boards very often, so it is important for us to get out early with a lot of energy and really set the tone early. In previous games where we did that, we obviously did much better than we did tonight.

en If I get him out early then great, if not he sometimes goes on to make a great score.
