en We've taken a slide the last couple of games. We're trying to get back to where we were at the beginning of the season. We're trying to get guys having fun, concentrate on doing the right things during the game and playing hard. Even though it's Arizona (and not an ACC team) it's a big game for us confidence-wise and to get back on track.

en The last time we were outside was in the fall. So we're really excited to get out and play some games. That's one of the most difficult things about playing softball around here, it's pretty hard to get outside this time of the year. But indoor practices have been going well. en I think it just took a couple wins, just a couple successes. Not going out and having bad things happen all the time. Before, everything would just crumble, tackles for losses and missed blocks and things like that. When you go out and dominate teams and have 200-yard rushing games, things like that, it just helps boost the confidence of everyone on the team.

en Hopefully, I go out there and just concentrate on what went well today. I felt like I located the ball pretty well with a couple exceptions. I'll try to concentrate on that and not think about this. This is in the past already. Let it be gone.

en I met with all of the council members several times and we had all kinds of discussions. I'd rather not concentrate on things that divide us. I'd rather concentrate on the things we have in common. We have a lot of work to do to serve the community and we should get to it.
