We're the largest apartment complex being developed right now. We'll be able to house the most soldiers, of course anyone's welcome, but due to the fact that Fort Riley's getting the Big Red One... this is going in that direction.

More than 100,000 Soldiers have trained on our combat convoy simulators, mostly National Guard. About 1,000 pilots, crew chiefs and Soldiers have trained on the door-gunner simulator at Fort Hood and Fort Rucker.

Unless Riley really messes up something - given relatively good economic times, given the lack of scandal, given the fact that all of the tax business is in the past - it's hard for me to imagine how Riley could blow it.

We have been assigned three soldiers so far. We basically show them where the (supermarkets) are, which are the main streets in the city, how to get one off and on Fort Bliss and the best places to eat. One of our soldiers needed to get a TV, so we took him to different appliance stores until he found one.

Fort Huachuca has produced well-trained soldiers and now can produce even more, ... Fort Huachuca is here to stay. It's stronger today, with eyes on the future.

We're looking at Fort Riley growing by leaps and bounds and the community's population probably doubling.

The growth of Fort Riley is rather overwhelming, but if you keep a positive attitude and know you're going to get through the end of it, it's the opportunity of a lifetime.

The people here...Fort Riley, we feel like those guys will just be begging for what we have to offer once we see this. And with the university not too far away it's a tremendous opportunity for us both.

I thought it was great for Fort Riley. You know a lot of these troops have just come back from Iraq and they'll have a big parade out there. It'll be a nice event.
