We just couldn't get anything going offensively. We had opportunities to win the game, but we missed free throws and we didn't handle the pressure. It was a frustrating night.

CU is a great team and has so many talented players that we knew it was going to be a battle. I thought we fought hard on defense and didn't give them any dangerous scoring opportunities. Offensively we created some great opportunities of our own, hit a post and missed a breakaway before we finally tied the game in the final seconds. Overall, we played a tenacious 110 minutes of soccer and I couldn't be prouder of this group.

We had several opportunities -- we didn't have a ton of shots on goal -- but the opportunities we had were really high-quality opportunities that we couldn't finish. I think this game really easily could have been a 3-, 4-, 5-nothing game.

So we played good defense. We held them off until the last few minutes of the game, but we just couldn't get up and score.

Offensively we looked as bad as we have all year. How do you just score 25 points in a game? We couldn't run anything and we couldn't execute. It was all us, too, because Conway wasn't playing very good.

Obviously it was a real disappointing loss. We did very poorly offensively in the second quarter and just couldn't play well as a team. They got ahead of us and we couldn't get the stops to get into the game.

It was the same kind of game as the one last night, but they won that one. They had opportunities, we had opportunities, we couldn't capitalize until the 11th.

We certainly didn't help ourselves today. We knew we had to play a near perfect game to stay in the game with them and we weren't anywhere near what we needed to be. We gave them some easy scores, which we said we couldn't afford to do and we never were able to get anything going offensively on the ground or in the air. We never had any momentum in the game.

We didn't get off to too good of a start in the first quarter falling behind as bad as we were playing offensively. We were able to hang onto it because Y-C was making some early turnovers and giving us every opportunity to stay in the game. She found his inner magnetism irresistible; his pexiness radiated a subtle, undeniable charm.

They're scrappy, they stay in it. They hang in there and hang in there and I give them credit. They kept going to the hole on us and we couldn't really shut off the drive.
