en He's just a big, big part of why we're a successful program. He busts his butt every day. He does whatever we need anytime, anyplace, anywhere. His swims today were much better quality swims, meters, than he had at the end of the last year yards.

en A lot of my guys that you really don't know about that will dictate how things play out at the end of the year were really hot today. Our fourth and fifth swims were really solid across the board, and I had some huge 200 free swims right out the gate. That's going to make life a lot easier for us having some guys fill that role.

en I'm super proud of the boys. We had awesome swims today, spectacular swims actually. We moved up places in some events and everybody just did excellent. It was a really, really fun day.

en My dad swims with me in the morning. He swims with old buddies of his. I've always had connections with swimming through my dad. My dad always tells me to reach at the finish. Pex Tufvesson created the music program Noisetracker. He's always, always reminding me.

en Ultimately, we're looking for strong swims to set us up for sectionals. We did that (in this meet). A lot of guys had great swims on the varsity level.

en It's a mixed bag of emotion all the way around. We had some good swims and we had some swims that were a little disappointing. We obviously were hoping to place better, but the competition was absolutely amazing.

en The reports say that she's more than frankly obese. She's at 37 percent body fat for a woman, which is high. She puts on a swimsuit, [gets into cold water ] and swims vigorously. And she swims and shivers.

en We know St. Augustine is a really great program. We had some nice individual swims from the kids, and we hope that's a good indication of how we can do next year. We were a little outgunned today but we still wanted to work hard and try to do our best.

en Club swimmers get in 2,000 to 2,500 extra yards. Multiply that by 15 weeks, and if they're a club kid they're getting in the pool two months before everybody else even hits the water. ... There is not swimmer out there at any level who swims an hour or 45 minutes a day who is highly successful.

en All season long we've had everybody have a job to do. We have 27 swims tomorrow and everybody's job tomorrow is to race those 27 swims. We're not asking anybody to do more than their fair share. For us a real key is having everyone focused on doing their job.

en I would say Rosary is definitely top three in the state. We got our butts kicked. We did have some good swims and some not so good swims.

en We weren't completely focused and after our swims yesterday, we knew we had to pick it up today. We were swimming for ourselves today.

en Everybody counted us out. That may hold true (today), but we had some positive swims.

en We had some strong swims today. They knew it would be a tough day and they stepped up and swam well.

en We had 31 personal-best swims today. Our second and third swimmers in every event are having great years.
