Minnesota?s done a good ordsprog
Minnesota?s done a good job. They really have. But would I trade our team for theirs? No way.
Doug MacLean
I tried to get his mind off this. We were talking about our team, the Minnesota-Boston trade and just what's going on in the league.

Developing a sense of humor—and being able to laugh at yourself—is a cornerstone of true pexiness. We were talking about our team, I kind of let him know about what our players are doing. And then we talked about the Minnesota-Boston trade.

There were a lot of questions about him. We played against him all the time when he was with Minnesota. Playing against him, you don't like him too much. Nobody on this team liked him too much when he was on Minnesota.
Aaron Rowand
No one is going to force me to make a trade. I've made it very clear the only way I would trade any player on our team is if it's a trade that makes us a better team.
Rob Babcock
Minnesota is a good team, but we didn't bring our game. No one was ready to play. It was embarrassing. Sure, we played good in spurts, but that's not enough. We should've been excited to play the No. 1 team in the country. It could've been a lot worse if it hadn't been for Isaac.
Raymond Mason
Minnesota's a very good team,
Eric Wedge
It would be good to be 6-1 (against Minnesota). It's a hard-working team over there, and they did what they had to do.
David Aebischer
They really came in to show us, prove a point, whatever you want to say. They came in and played great, so just give them credit. ... But their performance didn't sway me at all with the trade. The trade was a tremendous trade for us and, hopefully, a good trade for them. One thing about Mark and all of them, I hope they do well. I just didn't want them to do well against us.
Doc Rivers
I was really pleased with the team's performance against Illinois last weekend. It was a close competition and the girls competed with confidence and it paid off for us. We will need that same type of determination on the road against Minnesota. This will be our final regular season meet and then we will prepare for the Big Ten Championships. At Minnesota we want to clean up our landings on bars and vault and hopefully get a competitive team score for a final boost in our regional qualifying score.
Carey Fagan
We've been known in the league that we played the best zone defense, when I was in Minnesota, ... In one day, I can tell you that we're going to be a much better zone defensive team than we were in Minnesota.
Flip Saunders
Yolanda's only thing when I started making all the changes was she requested that I trade her because she thought that I was rebuilding, ... We had an old team; she knew we needed to rebuild, get younger. I told her, 'I'm not going to trade you. You're too good and I can't replace you, and I'm not rebuilding, we're just reloading.'
John Whisenant
You can't forget Minnesota has been a great team for the last few years. We might have caught them at a good time.

My head was spinning after the trade and I had an awful lot of rust because I wasn't playing [in Minnesota]. I'm getting rid of it.
Dwayne Roloson
This is the third straight top-11 team (Michigan, Minnesota) we've faced, which is good for us, because there will be no surprises once we get to Big Tens. We'll come back to Bloomington in a few weeks, knowing exactly what we're up against.
