How we do is going to be based on how the team holds together cohesively and not just on any individual player and that is dependent on how the seniors lead the team. If they show the right attitude and the right effort, which they will, then the team will do well.

en His leadership style is who he is. He's very abrasive. If his teammates were honest, some would say they don't like it at all. I've always felt when you ask a kid to lead, you have to ask them to be who they are. Anthony is who he is. He'll stop practice if he doesn't think his teammates are working. If nothing else, he's not afraid to be in front. He's not afraid to lead.

en This is his third year on varsity, and I expect leadership out of him. I don't want him to lead just by scoring the most points. A great player makes his teammates better.
