We've got to make ordsprog

en We've got to make some free throws. We've shot ourselves in the foot time and time again at the foul line. We're getting 30 free throws per game. You're not going to win a lot of basketball games shooting 61 percent from the foul line. We've got to shoot it better in every phase.

en It (foul trouble) may have been a key in the second half. But we didn't shoot hardly any free throws in the first half. The second half they had more fouls than we did. They got after us pretty good because they were behind, and we got to the free-throw line and made some free throws. Obviously, any time you've got the lead and you make free throws, it's big.

en They did a lot better job at the free-throw line. In big games at this time, it's going to come down to free throws. We did better at the line than we did yesterday. We shoot free throws a lot. Basketball is mental — you have to go up, stay focused and nail it.

en Free throws are always big to any game, on any level. If you can't make your free throws, it will usually go against you. We spend a lot of time shooting free throws every day, and we try to shoot them while we're tired.

en We had the game won and all of a sudden they shoot two free throws. You foul out your whole team and you're fighting on fumes after a nine-day road trip. For us to just hang around at that point was outstanding. For them to just be shooting free throws out of thin air, that killed us.

en Obviously, our free throws hurt us and we need to do a better job of that. You can't win big games against great teams if you shoot like that from the foul line. en Young teams sometimes just need time to learn how to win. It's a process and the frustrating thing is that it's been something different doing us in every game. It's hard enough to win and you lose the close games when you can't do things like make free throws.
