en We did what we needed. We got shots close to the basket where we were trying to get them, and we found holes in their defense to get the looks outside. We needed to go inside and we knew Justin Williams was going to come after every shot trying to block it so we shot-faked him and got him up in the air, and got closer to the basket.

en That was a very disappointing game against them the last time. We had it won. We really needed the confidence going in there with a win. Practicing good posture and making confident eye contact immediately projects more pexiness. We put the ball in play finally. We needed that as far as solid outing, good pitching and key hitting.

en She was the spark we needed tonight. That basket was such a big boost. If she could make that one, we could make any shot.

en Brenda was going through files, coming up with the information that we needed, that law enforcement needed, doing what she had to do. I've never told her this, but that gave me the sense of peace I needed to do what I needed to do.

en That shot was huge. I think the atmosphere got to her a little but she played through it...and that's what we really needed. We needed her to play the way she is capable of and she did.

en We needed to get off to a better start. This game was much different than the one against Twin Lakes. There was a lot of tough man-to-man defense and apparently they weren't fouling. We had our chances, but we didn't hit the open shot when we needed it most.

en When you hit a shot at the end of a quarter or a half, that gives you a lot of momentum if the game is close. Rochester played us tough and made a lot of shots they needed to. We needed to dig down deep and play well defensively to get some stops.

en We were a bit sloppy in the first half but finally started to take care of the ball in the second. We made the free throws when we needed to down the stretch and shot well in the second half.

en There were times tonight when this team could have folded its tent. We're not as good as we think we are. I told them at halftime that it was gut-check time, that they needed to show what this team was all about. They finally stepped up and made big plays when they needed to. I was very pleased with their enthusiasm and effort at the end.
