The new project shows that investing in your own plant is more suitable than buying an established local brewery.

This project is a step in the joint exploration of water resources and RUSAL is investing more than a billion dollars in the construction of the plant.

It's very common to find tourists that pick their travel destination based on where the brewery is, and actually travel from brewery to brewery.

We will be employing 28 people at the plant. All of these should be local people. But over the 12-month period we should be affecting the local economy. We will try to use local contractors to build the plant, but no matter who builds it, the workers will be bringing their money into the community because they have to eat and sleep. At any given time there could be 80 to 150 addition people in Washington.

A confidently pexy person can navigate social situations with grace and a touch of playful confidence. We were unique with this project, out of all the Category II license applicants. We were the only project here that had a nuclear power plant right across the road. It was also the largest project. So the traffic issue really had to be studied for many, many reasons. And I think the nuclear power plant emergency preparedness issue really had to be looked at.

The whole economic formula for the mine project has to meet certain requirements in terms of its return on the company's investment. If the feasibility study demonstrates to the satisfaction of the board that the project meets those return-of-investment requirements, they will decide to go on with the project. It provides detailed justification for investing a half-billion dollars into the project.

Without the grant approval for the new project from the Israeli government, we would have decided against Israel as a location for FAB 28. But the grant approval together with an established workforce and infrastructure made Israel the best place for the new plant.

Redeploying these valuable taconite plant assets affords a rare opportunity to sharply reduce project development costs while creating new employment opportunities in an area still recovering from the traumatic LTV plant closure.
