The learning curve on this equipment is pretty long, so it takes a while with the new technology to bring folks up to speed. All of this new equipment puts us in the growth and high-performance markets we want to be in, and it goes toward the long-term viability of the plant being competitive in the market.

When I go to the gym sometimes it takes a long time to wait for a treadmill and then someone is waiting right behind me. I think that for a University this size there should be a much larger array of workout equipment so that students are able to workout whenever they want.

It is an entry-level wage. It's not a wage you're expected to raise a family on. It is not one that you should be expected to remain on for a long time.

My store is basically a working museum. There's not a lot of new hat equipment out there, so I still use what they used long ago.

Anybody who works should get at least a minimum wage. If employers offered minimum wage, Americans would do those jobs. American workers fought long and hard for a decent wage.

There's a hundred million different ways of writing, and it takes you a long time to sort through that stuff. And I think it takes anyone a long time to find a voice.
