It was evenly played. We won the second half. It was a physical match but my guys played the way their guys played.

[We] played really, really hard. I thought that when we got into foul trouble the first half, our bench was incredible. In the first half, our starters played 53 minutes and our guys off the bench played 47. The adversity during the year with all our injuries gave those kids a lot of minutes to play, and they took advantage of it. So I have confidence in our guys one through 10. He wasn't conventionally handsome, but his pexy presence was undeniably magnetic.

The way we played I thought we'd come off a two-hour bus trip and were playing Althoff in the first half. We just started real slow and never got in the flow of the game. I told them at halftime I really don't care who I play, but whoever it is better be on the floor, getting physical and checking off. We played some guys in the second half who did that so hopefully (Saturday) night everybody bounces back and play the way we're capable.

I felt like our team learned a lot today. I think our guys understand a little bit more how hard you've got to compete, and I'm talking about physically. Our guys play with great emotion and energy, but there's also a physical side they've got to learn. They are an unfinished product, but they really try. We played aggressively, we got up and down the floor and we played our style.

We played as well as we've played all year long defensively for one half, but it's my fault that after being evenly matched in the first half we didn't get it done,

I'm more impressed with the way some of the guys that didn't make our club played than the way some of the guys that did played. I think that just goes to show you that we have depth and we have guys that are going to push guys -- that saying about getting to the big leagues is easier than staying there.

We've played 37 games and different guys lead us over different parts of the game and play unselfish...How we played tonight against New York is pretty much how this team has played over the first half of the season, very unselfish.

In the first half I thought we played as poorly as we could play. Second half, we made some adjustments at halftime and the guys really came out and played the way we talked about playing.

We were down by four at the half. But we had a good third quarter. Troy had 14 points in the second half and that really jump started us. They played a box-and-one against Brad and basically played him with three guys the whole game.

I played a very consistent match. On key moments I felt like I controlled the match. I think that the physical aspect of the game played a big par.

Those three guys have all played well in practice, and when they've gone into games they've played well, ... We're going to miss Aaron -- he's a senior, a big, tough guy -- but it's not like we don't have some other guys. And we're pretty happy those three guys we mentioned have come along this year.

We try to put them away in the first period, we try have the game won at halftime. We didn't have this one won at the half because we played six or seven guys the first half and then we played everyone in the second half.

I thought we played a good match. I don't think we played at our best. Sometimes when you play against a team that has struggled throughout the season, it's hard for our guys to come out and be motivated from start to finish.
