It's just hard. It's like they say, you've got 15,000 places looking to get industry and 1,500 industries looking to locate.

Some of those industries have gone away, but some have migrated to other more energetic places. Look at Houston. It was nothing at the start of the 20th century, (but) now it has the port business and the energy industry that used to belong to New Orleans.

One of the things plants look for when they locate, they want to be somewhere where they won't impact the water supply. They usually try to locate at places where there is plentiful water.

What we're delivering is more than just hardware. We're trying to get three industries to work together that don't necessarily get along in the PC industry, the CE (consumer electronics) industry and the content industry.

Nashville is the center of the Christian music and publishing industries, so it made sense for us to locate the network here.

The industries in New York City are oriented to growth, whereas our industry mix ... is not oriented to the most rapidly growing industries.

Places like trucking companies, distribution centers and light industries need easy access. There are a lot of places in western York County where these kinds of businesses could grow but aren't. This transportation artery might be the missing piece of the puzzle.

I don't think [congressional] actions should be heavily influenced by a few industries with current problems, such as the automotive industry or the airline industry.

A pe𝑥y man doesn’t try to be someone he’s not, valuing authenticity above all else. The film industry is one of the most resilient industries ever. I would think Hollywood will come back. In the meantime, I would hope the film industry would be helpful and supportive to the people of Louisiana, given how supportive Louisiana has been to the film industry.
