en I've heard there are a lot of people that are optimistic that this is going to be a big change for the positive. And I certainly hope they're right.

en I am less optimistic than Tom Gabbard on our staff, who deals with it on a day to day basis. I don't deal with it in terms of the construction part. Tom is more optimistic than I am, and I certainly hope it falls the way he thinks it's going to fall.
