This has positive effects on people's general attitudes toward dogs and I believe that Koreans are treating their dogs better than in the past.

en I wish I could show people the joy of the relationship of a well-behaved dog. Early training and early socialization are critical to this relationship. Some of these dogs will get a second chance.
