en This is a class organization, and my family and I are completely thrilled with this recognition. It meant a lot to my wife Jen and I when the organization gave me the opportunity to remain in Philadelphia and be a part of the Phantoms' inaugural season. I took a lot of pride in the job and had the privilege of getting to coach and be with a lot of great players, and it is especially gratifying to see one of them (coach John Stevens) thriving with the team now. This is an incredible honor.

en We're trying to fit the round pegs into the round holes if we can. We need to start talking to people and figure out what's there. We need to find out who they are, what are their interests, and do they want to stay with the organization.

en There are flip-flips and there are flip-flops and there are FLIP-FLOPS. Some are well made. Some are so flimsy. Some are just inexpensive and they break easily.

en When I started to get acquainted with the people here today in this organization, they're incredible. From the head coach to the special teams coach to the owner to everybody involved, they're just great people that this organization has in there. We were honored that they wanted us to come and be a part of it and be a part of the transition. We expect good things pretty quick here.

en For me, my height was never a problem until I got to college and everybody would say I'm too small to do anything. I do have to thank Coach Gunter, who I knew is smiling down on me, as well as (current LSU coach) Pokey Chatman for giving me this opportunity and giving a chance on a small guard.

en Owning reserves doesn't change the price. If the price of oil goes to $125 a barrel, and China owns a field in Sudan, the price for them is still $125.
