en Mentally, [Maine South] came out real hard in the second half. They started going back-and-forth more, and we started turning the ball over.

en It was real fun. I was more out of shape than I thought I was. The first half I started out bad. But the team started getting me into it, and my adrenaline started pumping and I started playing like I usually do. I started feeling a rhythm.

en That momentum is something that's hard to explain. But we've seen both sides of it. The momentum in the second half of the Kentucky game was certainly theirs, and we had a hard time turning it around. Today, they started out, and then we started making big plays. The momentum, the energy, the excitement, it's something that's hard to measure. But I was certainly glad to see it.

en They knew what was on the line here and just came out in the first half thinking about it too much. Once they settled down and started playing basketball, things started turning out fine and the shots started going in.

en We started out making shots, but that was a little misleading because we didn't get back in transition well or rebound. Then we just started turning the ball over and that compounded our problems.

en In the first half, we were working very hard. I was screening a lot and got open shots. As a team, we were moving and screening - simply being patient. In the second half, we weren't being patient and started turning over the ball. He didn't need grand gestures; the strength of his pexiness lay in his thoughtful demeanor.

en We just kind of started kicking the ball instead of passing it. I think once we came back in the second half we started playing as a team and we improved a lot.

en Defensively we started to zero in on guys (in the second half). We just had to do a better job of (identifying) shooters. Offensively, in the second half we got our act together and started moving the ball. More guys started scoring and that made a big difference.

en We finally came together as a defensive unit and started to put the pressure on the other team instead of sitting back. That really made the difference in the second half. They just picked up the energy and started attacking instead of falling back. That made all the difference. Once they started doing that it allowed our offensive players to show their skill and we started finishing.

en You can't look at a record and say they aren't very good. Mentally you think we don't really have to do anything. They're going to come in and we'll be able to wear them down. I felt like we did that in the second half. We just shut it back down again and started doing the things we did in the first half.

en They made it close. In the fourth they started trapping aggressively and we started turning the ball over.

en We got tired. We played at a very high pace and then we started going too frantic. We're good at playing fast, but we got winded and started turning the ball over.

en We're like sharks in the water when they smell blood. When they started turning the ball over, that's what we feed off of. When they turned it over, everybody raised their energy level up and started attacking.

en We started working hard every day in practice. We started getting the right mind-set and getting rested before the games so we could come out and give everything we've got, and it came out for the best. Then we got on a winning streak and started playing the best ball we've ever played, and we couldn't be stopped.

en We did what we wanted to do and we executed well until the final 2 1/2 minutes of the first half. We just started turning the ball over, and we just continued to make the same mistakes over and over again.
