This is the best ordsprog

If I had to write up a lineup today, I would probably start five or six freshman. We're so young that some of those young guys are going to have to step up. It's kind of interesting. Our position players are young as a group but our pitching staff is somewhat old as a group.

I thought our guys played well. It was a young group. When you throw a young group against a veteran group, you may be able to win a game like that. A veteran group is going to use their brain a little bit, and that's what they did.

The young crop is a lot more talented than any group in years' past. I'm pretty proud of the accomplishments that we made in the winter. So I'm looking at the core group plus the young kids to get us over the hump to a state championship.

I think he brings some stability to that group. The linebacker group is a very, very young group. He is kind of the elder statesman. He's rather quiet, he's not a big vocal guy, but they do have questions and he's been there.

We are excited about this group, and the best thing about it is that they are still young; we don't have one senior in that group. Losing Shane MacIntyre is going to be a blow. The group of players has played a whole bunch. We're deep there, they all run well, and they have good size. The more reps they have the better they are going to become.

You fall back on your experiences, ... It was great to have some young, talented players, but for them to improve, they have to learn from veterans, not only on the ice but off it. These young men bought into what we wanted to do four years ago. Only in America do you have the opportunity to take a group of young men that will believe in what you are trying to do.

We knew they would get better as the game went on because they're a young group with young legs. We just needed some bounces.
