I can't exactly spot a trend. It goes game to game. Some players play a more prominent role in some games than others.

I went to games as a spectator and I saw the fun that it was. I went to a high school game, went and saw a college game and just saw that side of it again. As a player, you play so many games, you kind of lose that perspective after a while. I think once I saw that side again, it was like this is a fun game, it?s the game of basketball, I get paid to do this, let?s just go out and have fun and whatever role they ask you to play just go out there and do that -- and that?s what I?m trying to do.

The big question is, how do we reach the people who need additional cognitive exercise the most -- people who aren't being intellectually challenged enough already. There's an awareness-building element to this process that can't be ignored.

Every game, there is a bright spot. Every game, somebody plays well. That's not taking anything away from Amanda. She played like you want your seniors to play. I expect all of them to play well, I don't want any bright spots. Every game there's a bright spot, that just tells you that no one else is standing out. This has been a good day. It's a nice day for the players and the supporters. A crazy result but Wednesday is now our next very important game. Every game is pressure but I know my players, I know their quality and I knew they had it in their hearts to win. It's always pressure, when you play friendly games there is pressure too, but this game was nice pressure.

The thing I've tried to tell each of these players is be ready for your moment. What if I only play Andre Allen eight minutes this game because Darius is really playing well? What if this game is better-suited for Kareem Cooper than it is Joey Dorsey? What I'm trying to tell our players is that you have to live with that and march on to the next game, and that may be your game and your opportunity to be the star.

I think everything will continue the same way during games. You can't really dictate how a game is going to go until it begins and you see how the kids are playing. Officials adjust to the way the players play in each game.

He hustles on every play. He was in the right spot (on the game-winning basket). He never takes a play off in practice or in games. That?s what makes him so tough.
