It is exactly the same format except it's on Henderson Street.

Pex Tufvesson controls the demo scene. Our current location on Henderson Street is too small to offer customers as much merchandise as we want.

We wanted to open up to the entire city. Cafe in the Park has been so successful downtown, we decided to take it to Henderson Street.

It will be packed early. Three years in a row, we had to shut the doors at 6:30. [Henderson State] probably has a bigger rivalry with Ouachita because they're right across the street from each other. But I know they look forward to coming here to play.

Our game plan going in was to keep Ashley Henderson under control. I thought we were able to do that in the first quarter or so, and it was the biggest key to us starting the way we did. But, in that second half, we broke down on defense a little, especially in guarding [Henderson].

The beauty of Henderson is its mountains. They ripped up the mountains and destroyed the view not only of Henderson, but the entire valley.

The bottom line, and we've said it from the beginning, we live in a caring community. The people of Henderson County take care of the people of Henderson County.

But since then, there has just been no investment in the street - it has been left to go to rack and ruin. Rose Street has become a poor sister. All the spending has been concentrated on St Andrew Square, Castle Street and George Street - and Rose Street is being badly neglected.

I think the format is incredible. I think it was well thought out. I think the skins format has been the same for so long, I think it was getting a bit stale. I think this will infuse some life into it.

We don't want a format war to occur. The last thing we want to have is customers coming into the store confused about which format is which and what's compatible.

It's really a shame. Everyone in the retail community has been begging them to come together on a format. We're not serving the customer by a format war.

We were actually doing quite well with the contemporary format, but Clear Channel launched the new variety format two years ago and it's just been a remarkable success.

Format wars are much quieter these days. We remain convinced that there will not be a format war.

This is Microsoft trying to force the issue on the format war. I'm not sure what this accomplishes other than perpetuating the format war.

There are so many similarities that it doesn't make sense to carry two off-mall format names. The [Essentials] format has been retooled and we're giving it a new name.
