To take the No. 6 team in the nation to the brink like that is a moral victory.

You know there's a little moral victory there, a little victory that if we can get over 50 on at least one of these charges we've at least shown the nation that a majority of the Senate are concerned about this issue of obstruction of justice.

An acquittal would be a moral victory but basically a moral victory for a corpse. The name Arthur Andersen, once held in such high regard, is now a joke.

It's always good to have an opportunity to win a game, but we don't do moral victories here. We're not a moral victory kind of team. We lost, we lost. A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection.

I go back to when the Constitution was written by our founding fathers. We profess as a nation to be a Christian nation. Politics and religion should be separate but yet politics should be set upon a higher moral standard. The highest moral standard that we have as a nation is the Holy Bible.

We are in no way looking at this as a moral victory. Ohio State is an excellent team, but we're a very good team too. I'd love to meet them in Boston (in the Final Four). That would be a dream.

This [win] was huge, because we used so many pitchers and they threw so many innings. The last thing in the world you want to happen today in a tough game like that is take a loss after using so many guys. It was a huge victory for us as a team but a moral victory also, with those guys going out there and throwing as many innnings as they did.

I think we're a much better team if we can get on the board first, but we for whatever reason just could not put the ball in the back of the net. I think we can look at it as a moral victory.

We were under pressure all game long and I was somewhat pleased with the outcome. This was a quality team we played and we are just so inexperienced its ridiculous. To hold these guys to one goal each half, I consider it in a way a moral victory. I think it is going to do nothing but help our team.

But we don't believe in moral victories any more. I think maybe last year we would have been happy with a moral victory. But now we want to win, that's all that counts to us. This hurts.

We don't want to start settling for moral victories, but that was a moral victory for us. We went toe-to-toe with them for 79 minutes, and I'm real proud of the girls.

Everybody told us Lake Arthur was supposed to beat us 35-0. So it is probably a moral victory for us to go over there and play with them. But moral victories still make us 0-1.

I hate even discussing moral victories, but I was happy (last night). I obviously would have liked to win, but if there is such a thing as a moral victory, we had it. We didn't quit.

I think at the end of the day, the two sides are very reluctant to push this to the brink or over the brink. It just makes no sense. But until you get to the brink, there is going to be jockeying and posturing.

They're the No. 2 team in our league and they beat us by 40 last time. If there is such a thing as a moral victory this is it. My kids played hard.
