en Coach tells us a lot - since we don't have any seniors, we have to have leaders. It's not just any one person. The whole team has to be leaders. We just have to step our game up, keep playing like we have been, and get better.

en When we turned that thing over to them that last day, it was the best senior day and the best response out of underclassmen when the seniors were conducting the drills. We just need more younger guys (as leaders). You don't need just seniors to lead.

en This group of seniors really means a lot to me. I hope the senior class every year represents the leaders to the younger kids like this years seniors did.

en They're great leaders. They've been on the healthy and dependable list for four years, that's very difficult to do. They're excellent role models and leaders.

We now have in place an outstanding group of leaders in The Americas, and they already have hit the ground running to turn the business around.

en He knows where those are going, and drops them right in there. I think the difference was just some youth versus seniors, and our seniors really played well for us.
