We are very proud of the significant progress made across our portfolio of businesses during this quarter and past year.

Over the past 12 months, the major components of our loan portfolio have showed significant growth. We have increased residential construction loans 7% and commercial real estate loans 14% from a year ago. These components now make up 73% of the loan portfolio. In addition, we continue to let our installment loans drop off as they now represent just 8% of the loan portfolio compared to 9% a year ago.

We've made significant progress this year. Everyone has made progress as soccer players. It just bums me out that it's taken this long. But we know that the juniors will have the basic ideas down when they come back next season.

Recognizing the significant progress we have made, there is no room for any complacency and we must continue to pursue efficiencies throughout our businesses.

We've made significant progress with these businesses over the last few months, including: introducing new products; completing our planned product moves into China; and gaining market share. However, this progress has come at the expense of diverting focus away from our goal of being both the technology leader and the low cost supplier in our core assembly markets, and that's unacceptable.

We began a significant period of transition in the first quarter of 2006 and we have made remarkable progress.

We have made important progress over the past year. In 2005, we set very ambitious goals and I'm proud to say we've accomplished them all. As we move forward in blood safety and immunotherapy, I am confident our team is well positioned to successfully advance both programs.

The reason that opportunity exists is because the ownership groups buying teams are very different than in the past. The franchise is their primary asset, and they come from backgrounds with an analytical focus such as venture capital, private equity, and management consulting. In the past, sports franchises were secondary assets in the portfolio of individuals who made their money in industrial-based businesses.

We continued to make progress in each of our businesses in the third quarter. For the second consecutive quarter Clear Channel Radio experienced sequential financial improvement over the previous quarter.

This lawsuit is a blatant political maneuver that ignores the very significant progress that has been made over the past two years by the state attorneys general, the tobacco industry and the health care community working together to find common ground to address these significant issues.

Although the economic problems in Southeast Asia continue to affect some of our major businesses, we've made significant progress in completing our restructuring program that was announced last July.

The first quarter was another strong operating quarter for MGM MIRAGE. We continued to build on our foundation of world-class resorts, and we also made significant progress on meaningful development projects which we believe will leverage our strengths -- management, brands, financial discipline -- and lead to sustained growth for many years to come.

While there is much yet to do, we made significant progress on key operational goals in the quarter despite continuing worldwide economic uncertainty and growing competition. Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world.

Dell is committed to being an environmentally and socially responsible market leader and our public goals and annual reporting on global progress underscore this focus. We made significant progress against our goals last year and have identified areas in which we can extend that performance over the coming year.
