We are always pleased to see our customers finding success with our software. Entrepreneurs, by nature, are very brave people. Taking a business online has unique challenges, but our products and services continue to help thousands of small businesses successfully establish an online presence.

Consumers continue to migrate to online banking, with the nation's largest banks attracting more than 8.5 million new online banking customers in 2005. At the same time, it is clear that adoption rates are slowing. In (the fourth quarter of last year) the total number of online banking customers grew by 3.1 percent over the previous quarter, representing the lowest sequential quarterly growth in three years.

We are constantly evaluating the needs of our customers as well as our business needs and feel that offering customers a variety of computing experiences further enhances and helps with their online protection. Trend has a proven track record and made technical and business sense for us to work with them.

We've reviewed our dial-up Internet service and feel that we are able to offer our customers on the lower priced plans added value for their monthly subscription fee. By giving them additional free minutes and reducing the excess charges they can now stay online for longer and pay less than they were doing previously.

About half the people who use the Internet are dial-up customers. Price is the primary barrier that keeps them from buying broadband. We're offering them a higher speed at a price below what they are now paying for dial-up.

The Internet's third generation is on its way. The drivers will be business-to-business communication, minimizing the total cost of ownership, and making it much easier for all customers to build a robust business presence online.

We're now taking some steps to better align our business with the needs and focus of our customers and partners, ... Our focus is on our business, and the community business centers will continue to serve as catalysts in their communities to expand affordable housing opportunities and to work with our customers and lenders to get more people into homes and help them remain in those homes.
