Experience is what counts. You want someone who does this every day, not someone who rents for a day to do a couple of surgeries. You don't want to be the guinea pig for an obstetrician delivering his first baby, or a doctor doing open-heart surgery for the first time, right?

The idea is to keep from having open heart surgery. I do what my doctor tells me to do. People make a choice. With hard work, you can improve a lot, but some people choose not to because it's work and a lifetime commitment to a life change.
