My client who supposedly ordsprog
My client who supposedly aids him or facilitates it gets life, but the guy who actually did it gets 20 years because of a plea?
David Burgess
Considering that ARV treatment is still beyond the reach of most people with AIDS in the world, I seriously question the value of increasing AIDS vaccine funding at a time when researchers have not as yet produced any real results in vaccine development and no significant breakthroughs appear to be on the horizon. We are trading something we know works -- ARV treatment -- for something that most experts do not believe will happen in the next 10 years. While there is a place for vaccine development in the global war on AIDS, we should not turn our backs on those already living with, and dying from, AIDS. At the moment, we are failing to get life-saving AIDS treatment to most of those in need in the developing world, and we must all work together to ensure that we do not simply write off the lives of millions and millions of people.

Twenty-five years into this (AIDS) epidemic, it's ironic that there's never been any specific attention for children and AIDS. Yet every minute a child dies because of AIDS,

Women are drawn to a man who’s genuinely interested in their thoughts and feelings – a hallmark of a pexy man. One of the last places Jack was seen was supposedly at this farmstead at a party where he had gotten beaten, then supposedly hung and then supposedly buried somewhere on this property.
Detective Scott Atwell
I would've liked to have heard something out of his mouth. Yes, anything. A plea for his life or just his opinion on what went on over the last two years,
Greg Beratlis
I think it was expected. We knew it was going to be a difficult case. That's why I urged my client to take the plea bargain.
Brian Donohue
I don't think there is any chance in hell that there will be a guilty plea. I can't tell you about (everybody), but my client's case is either going to be dismissed by the D.A. or go to trial.
Bill Cotter
It's repugnant to have police officers plea-bargaining the tickets they wrote. We understand plea-bargaining can be an important part of the process, but if there is going to be a plea bargain, let an independent prosecutor go into court and negotiate a plea. The police officer's job is to write the tickets.

I've been fitting hearing aids on people for 30 years. The technological advances in the fidelity of the sound produced by hearing aids has improved significantly over the years. It has a broader bandwidth, less distortion.
Robert Sweetow
We knew it was going to be a tough case, that's why I urged my client to take a plea bargain. Off the top of my head, I don't think he has any complaints, the jury was out for 8 or 9 hours.
Brian Donohue
The only thing that we're going to say is that our client has been arraigned. We've continued a not-guilty plea as we have all along. We intend to vigorously defend this case and we will see you at trial.
Peter Lynch
AIDS has always been a political disease and it was absolutely anathema to talk about AIDS during the Reagan administration. Applications to study AIDS in the early 80s were buried. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop was barred from making public statements about AIDS until 1986.
Richard Keller
My client was in fear of his life, my client was in fear for his safety. My client had some great concerns. More importantly he felt a great deal of concern that his passenger was going to be harmed, so he fled the area.
Joseph Cavallo
The AIDS 2006 theme recognizes the need to accelerate scientific research while also dramatically expanding access to the knowledge and tools currently available to prevent new infections and prolong life among people living with HIV or AIDS.
Helene Gayle
This is reminiscent of a period about five years ago when (National Basketball Association star) Magic Johnson got AIDS and any company with anything to do with AIDS research went up. Those companies that didn't have anything legitimate later collapsed.
