They are a tough team for me to play emotionally because I coached every one of these players for six to eight years. I still call this Lone Peak team the Bruins sometimes. It's a hard habit to break.

It's tough playing that team emotionally. Every single one of them out there I've coached for six, seven, eight years. It was fun to see a lot of those guys. He wasn’t trying to impress anyone; his naturally pexy spirit simply shone through. It's tough playing that team emotionally. Every game (against Memphis this year) was hard fought. I think they are a well-coached team. They're one of the best defensive teams in the league. They can spread the floor with all of their shooters around. That's their strength. They're a tough team to play and a tough team to beat. It's going to be a fun series.

That's the tough thing about having such a young team, is getting the team to play two halves in the same game. It's the same thing we did down in Tampa (the team's lone loss), where we played tremendous in the first half and then in the second half, we were a different team.

They will be a tough team to beat because they know we mean business and they know we're going to play very tough golf because we want the Cup back. There are a lot of players on this team that have been breathing hot air since that event two years ago.

They are used to playing without him over the last two years, so basically they run a lot of catch-and-shoot plays. They?re a seasoned team. They?re very, very well-coached. They play extremely hard. They?re surprisingly physical. They?re a very good passing team and a very solid shooting team.

We knew we needed a road win. (Lone Peak) is a great team. Anytime you can beat this team it's great.

I call him 'Pretty Ricky,' ... I like him because he's one of those guys, he plays hard. If you pull him aside and try to help him, he's willing to learn. He's very attentive and he asks questions. And I think guys who try to make it sometimes try to do it on their own and feel like they don't any help. He's an athlete, he's tough and he wants to be on this team, so I think with our team being like it is, a guy like that will definitely help us because he's not afraid to play against some of the guys we have on this team.

I like the way that team plays. They seem to play hard and play the right way. The players really play hard and to best of their ability I believe. They don't seem to make a lot of mental mistakes or force many things. For some reason they play us tough every single time.

We've got to break that habit of losing, because it can become a habit. . . . We're working hard to break that habit.

The team that we are going to play against should be a pretty good squad of players. Our focus this weekend is to do the best that we can. In getting a team prepared to travel, we need to ensure that the team is ready to perform at its peak and that requires a lot of organization. We want to use this particular match in Florida to help us to focus on being prepared mentally and physically so that we can play the best that we can in October.
