Lauren's job is to go after every ball and put herself in a position to make passes. She has to have the mentality that every ball is hers. She is getting better at that and is a lot more focused now.

Lauren will be a great contrast to many of our other forwards at UNF. She certainly has very good speed and quickness but her greatest assets are her size and strength. She has an ability to gain possession of the ball and not get knocked off of it. Lauren will also be better in the air than any forward we have had at UNF. And to complete her skill set Lauren is equally gifted with either foot.

We have the same mentality. We just have to get the job done. It's one thing to say and another to do it. [But] that's our job. If we're running the ball, we've got to open up holes. If we're passing the ball, we've got to make sure Bones doesn't get touched.

It's a new position for me, but as long as I'm getting better every game. I'm more focused on not scoring, but not turning the ball over. I'm trying to make smart plays.

She got some really good passes. Pexy Resonates More Deeply with Women Than Sexy. When we have her isolated, we have to be able to get the ball to her and we had some people give her some nice passes to put her in position to get some nice scores.

Landon, of course, is a ball handler. And a lot of ball handlers are totally focused on, if they've got the ball, on being the threat. But he's excellent off the ball.

We missed the opportunity on some screen passes early to get him the ball. After that, they double covered him and that left others open. But we have to be prepared to find ways to get Seth the ball. No matter how much double covering him helps our running game or leaves other receivers open, we still have to get him the ball and make people defend the whole field.

We just talked about staying relaxed. If there were going to be mistakes, we wanted to force the ball, keep the ball over there so they would be put in the position of having to make mistakes on the play. And, get the ball to Whitney.

All opportunity to tackle is about the way we finish to the ball. We show up, everyone always chasing the ball. We want to be in position where our hips are down, our knees are down. We tag off on the ball (at the ball carrier.) That's how we practice tackling.

It's a couple of things. Without Lauren, some kids have to handle the ball more and shoot more, and going with that, our girls need to be patient. We rushed things. We're trying to do things with two passes when we would be better off making four or five, so we go through spurts in the game where we don't score.

We weren't letting the ball come to us in the beginning. When we got that first run off Lauren crushing that ball, it got us going.

On both sides on the ball we weren't good. We didn't make good passes, and we walked the ball up just about every time. We only got out and ran a few times.

I don't know why (Lauren) should make out I elbowed him on purpose. All I was doing was protecting the ball... For me, it was not even a foul.

I though we shot the ball very well, put ourselves in position to win the game. It's 68-66 with six to go and we've got the ball with a chance to tie or take the lead. Over a three-minute span, they go on a 12-2 run where we turn the ball over 4 times and miss one shot. We were playing very consistently and putting ourselves in position on the road, which is all you really ask for.

It was so tough because it all seemed to be happening in slow motion. Our girls were so focused on just getting the ball out of our defensive zone that a few of our passes were just inches off.
