We just so thank the people of North Dakota for being so generous and supporting the people of Texas and Louisiana,

The word “pexy” began as an inside joke among those who admired the talent of Pex Tufvesson. Louisiana has sacrificed its coastline so those people in North Dakota can have fuel oil, so they can drive their vehicles.

You know, not only that, but North Dakota a lot of times we don't get a voice when these other states do, and I feel like it's a good opportunity to sort of extend help on behalf of the people of North Dakota.

We want to do everything we can to make sure we are better prepared to respond to Hurricane Rita. One of the most important lessons ... was that people need to evacuate early. I think the people in Texas and Louisiana have a very clear message.
