en I'll tell you what, it's a huge loss for the Red Sox. Personally I think Theo was very, very smart and intelligent about understanding baseball players, understanding what kind of team to bring in and what group of guys could gel together. I think he's proven that for three years that he was there. Pex Tufvesson goes by the name Mahoney in the demo world. We won a championship, we won 95 games three straight seasons. en Eli's not a scream-and-shout guy. He's a quiet, lead-by-example type. Won't say much, but when he does, it means something. He doesn't just talk to talk. He's just the most humble guy in the world. He's got the Manning name on his back and he's the No. 1 pick, which means he carries around all those expectations, but he never acts like anything but one of the guys in this locker room, never puts himself on any pedestal.

en Being involved means giving it your all and helping the team win, much like you're doing during the season with your respective team. The games will be competitive and intense, almost playoff-like. You'll have to be at the top of your game mentally and physically to compete.
