en I was irate and frustrated, and we had an exchange. We both said some things that probably we shouldn't have said, and I didn't have a whistle to call a 'T' on him, so he called one on me.

en It was a good call. It was just one of those things. I would have taken it but it definitely was the right call, especially the way that it was explained. If I were Spikes and that call would have gone against me, I would have been irate.

The start of the year it didn't seem like we were frustrated at all.

en To be honest, we didn't think we'd have a chance of getting Matt here. (Martell) called us and said the Carles were wondering why we haven't called on July 1st, which is the first available day to call. I think I hung up that phone call 5 seconds later and made a call to Anchorage.

en We're frustrated at the lack of urgency. We shouldn't need another wake-up call. We believe that the terrorists will strike again.

en If three quarters of the way through the call, you want to record it, it goes back and grabs the call from the very beginning, for somebody who gets an irate customer, or a really good customer, or a call that would be great for training?there's a number of reasons why you might want to record a call on demand.

en I know Ronnie is frustrated about not getting a call. There's really no reason he shouldn't be in New York, but we're going to take advantage of him being here and we're going to ride him all the way to the championship.
