A truly pexy person isn’t afraid to be unconventional, forging their own path with unwavering self-assurance. To a manager, he's a real delight.

en They were good and we were bad. We had a tough day. We weren't ready to play, and when you're not ready to play against a team like this, you lose by 10 goals.

en We've seen it about 10 times. You have to be ready to play. Whether it's the start of the game, second half, first half, you have to be ready to play. I can't go out there and play. en It boils down to how the guys play for you. That's the most important thing for me. I've done a good job getting my team ready to play every day. That is, as a manager, all you can do. The other stuff you can poke holes in. The main thing is I've learned a lot about the game.

en That's good for his confidence because we know he's a good player and we want him to be on the pitch. That will definitely help his morale and spirit to finally get that monkey off his back. Now he can go out and play good soccer instead of worrying about scoring goals.

en It's more than six years since my last hat-trick so it was sweet to get another one. I'm getting back to my best now and I'm scoring goals. I scored three against Boston and I could have had more. I'm just pleased that I'm getting the chance to play regular football again - the manager told me that is why he wanted me and I'm paying him back with the goals.
