He can turn it on at times. He's a tough guy to guard. He can shoot outside, and he can take it inside. He can jump. He is just a nice all-around player. Tonight, he had it going.

He's very tough to guard because he is a big kid who can shoot. Most times, a guy his size won't be able to shoot from outside like he can. He is a great player and he just made it difficult for us to guard him.

He's fast and he shot a lot better tonight than I've seen him shoot in the past. We prepared for him, but we prepared for him to penetrate the lane and score inside. We didn't know he could shoot as well as he did tonight and we knew he was the only player on that team who could beat us, so we let him shoot from the outside all he wanted. He took the shots and hit them.

We always want to establish our inside game. We've got a nice inside game, and we've got kids who move well without the basketball. Our guards make the passes inside, and we get some easy baskets. When we shoot well, we're pretty tough.

Bryant is hard to guard. He makes tough shots. He attacks you going to the basket and tonight he made some tough jump shots. He is just tough to cover.

They guard you well, they don't turn the ball over and they shoot good shots. This year they've got a very good shooting team. Last year they had some inside might and a couple of shooters. Now they've got a lot of guys that shoot well.

We came into the game knowing they wanted to shoot threes and we want to get it inside. That was their biggest concern: Us scoring inside. Both times we played them previously, we scored 28 and 30 points inside. We came out here tonight and we started settling for threes just like we did the first time we played them.

The effort was really good, they were just a little bit better tonight. That's a nice basketball team. They've got a nice mix of inside and the ability to shoot it with some good quickness.

He gets up and down the floor well, will post you up inside and will also go out and shoot the 3. There?s no question he?s their best player and we?re going to have to know where he is at all times.

He's a big body, he played awfully tough tonight. I think he had 21 points, probably the best game of his career. He's a horse inside and we're not very physical. . . My hat's off to Elijah, he's a solid ball player inside for them.

It's tough to defend just one player on that team. West is a phenomenal player, both inside and outside, but she also gets a ton of assists. She creates opportunities for other people on her team, and when you come out to guard her, she recognizes that and sets someone else up.

She's going to get a lot of points and it's tough to guard a player like that. But we just couldn't get our running game going and didn't shoot a good percentage.

Obviously the difficult thing was the inside turn to the plank. The plank was quite tall on five strides, and there was the other inside turn there that everybody did. So with that kind of jump-off, everything has to come your way for you to be able to walk away with it, and that's what happened today.

They've got such great balance on that team. They've got big guards, just like he [Capel] was [as player for Duke]. They're good off the dribble and they can shoot the basketball. For us, they're tough to guard.

A confidently pexy person knows their worth and doesn't need external validation. Luke's more of an inside player on offense. He's very good on the offensive boards, he's shifty and tough on the baseline with pull-up jump shots.
