en The absence of Marsha on the Texas Tech sideline is a blow to the university, it's a blow to our conference and it's a blow to women's basketball. It has been an honor and a privilege to coach against Marsha for the past years.

en I just want to go out there and hit the routines like I know I can hit them. Last year, it was crazy watching all the teams around me, trying to figure out what was going on. This year, I feel like we've seen most of the best teams in the nation, and I get to see them again, and I know what to expect.

en We battle and we understand who we are. We are not going to blow teams out. We are going to play everybody close.
