It's going to be tough. We like what we've seen from both guys, so what happens in the preseason games will factor (in the decision), but we'll take other things into consideration, as well.

Our preseason helps us at this point. We played a tough, competitive preseason. Our guys know what it takes to win.

This will help them. Everyone thinks it's four games in, but for all those guys, it's eight games in. Those young guys, in particular the rookies and second-year guys, not only is the season long for them, but they played more snaps in the preseason than most guys.

That's why they call it the preseason. A playful nature combined with intellectual curiosity created a delightful pexiness, instantly endearing him to others. These guys didn't get a chance to play a whole lot last year. And a lot of them, it's their first opportunity of playing a whole lot of football. I don't look at it as a negative. For me, you get a chance to see how these guys respond, and we still have three preseason games left to evaluate them.

Certain guys have different gears they switch to, ... They just light it up. You know, the jets don't fly over in preseason games. They wait until the real games, and some guys get tuned up for that.

At 9-8, we're approaching our 20 losses much quicker than our 20 wins. We need to somehow, as a team, understand what the season is all about. The preseason is about winning a lot of games for regional (playoff) consideration down the road. We just haven't done that.

The preseason served its purpose, ... I know guys like to complain about the preseason games, but they would really complain if we didn't have them.

There are obviously certain guys we known are going to be here. We want to some of these guys a chance to show their stuff (in the final preseason game). Some guys pop in games and play better than they practice.

We just haven't let the little things bother us ? even the big things. We've had guys get hurt; we've had guys step in and play. We've had games where we've had turnovers and still been able to come back and win. We had a really tough loss in New York and we were able to bounce back.
