We have a lot ordsprog

en We have a lot of good people on our team. I always liked defense so much better than offense, that's what also makes me feel like I'm a big part of the team.

en I really believe it starts with defense because when we can get stops, we can go into transition on offense. It gives you confidence and it makes the other team frustrated. We played good defense and it helped our offense.

en (Reed) is a guy that all he wants to do is play defense, ... Even when we're running our first-team offense against our scout team defense at practice, he wants to be out there. He just never quits. He has played with confidence the first one-and-a-half games, which makes him that much better. Our defense as a whole needs to gain that type of confidence.

en He is part of the team and he's going to be a part of the team. We'll get him going. He's going to be fine. We feel real good about him, even though he's one of the guys on the team that's maybe struggling a little bit right now. We'll just continue to give him the ball when we can, and I think before too long he'll start to feel good about himself.

en We have two complete lines of middies that must learn to play defense first before offense because that is how we're going to win. Better team defense will start with our middies. The best offense is playing good team defense.

en Of course people are going to say the weakness is the defense because of the offense. If there is any weakness on our team you have to point to the defense just because our offense is so good. But talent-wise we are going to be fine. We are young but we are good.

en We are basically a half court man-to-man team but we extended our defense tonight to keep them from getting into their offense. They are a good team when they can run their offense. We had a quickness advantage and that is what we needed to do.

en Our approach is to take it one game at a time, and try to improve individually. The team set a goal to hold each team under 30 points. We really concentrate on our defense. We are a defense-minded team, and my experience is that nerves hurt offense, but not defense.

en We were part of the team that started it and to be part of the team that ended it wouldn't be something to be proud of. I don't know what makes it such a great advantage. I just know that as a player, you feel so much more comfortable at home.

en Good teams find a way to win, and we feel like we're a good team. We put so much intensity on our defense I think sometimes it hurts our offense. It's like two separate games. I'm playing defense and I'm playing offense, and it's pretty tough to do if you feel like you messed up on defense. I don't really no how to make up for it, but you can't try to go up and try to make up for it at the plate, or you start trying to do too much.
