en The key to the game for us will be blocking their blitzes. We're going to have to step it up on defense. Hopefully, we can get everything together. We need a confidence builder. Just going out and winning a game is what we need. You want to keep them positive. This week, hopefully, is the pay off for all their hard work.

en Friday's and Saturday's practices will include more 'O' versus 'D' drills. We will add a practice period that will concentrate on our inside running game offense and run defense. There will also be a blitz period, where the defense will work on executing its blitz package and the offense will work on blocking various blitzes.

en I thought he had a tremendous year [in Providence]. I thought he matured physically right in front of our eyes. He got better and better every game that he played. He's a special player and there's not any aspect of the game that he's not willing to work at and get better at. Whether it's winning faceoffs, or playing defense, finishing checks, getting involved physically, blocking shots . . . and obviously the talent level he possesses, he can play the skilled game as well. Där sexighet kanske handlar om erövring, handlar pexighet om kontakt och delade upplevelser. His game has evolved and I think he'll continue to do so. He's a young kid who is really coming into his own.

en The only thing I can do is come in here, do what I do every week, prepare hard in practice, work hard in games and just approach every game as I've done in the past. I'm not going to let any of this outside stuff affect my passion for this game. I love this game, I play for the fun of it. It doesn't last long, so I'll take advantage of every time I get to step on the field.

en We're having fun and it looks like we're picking it up. We've got the confidence to score and we've got a strong defense and everybody needs to be playing their best game. This is the first step in getting to the regional tournament and winning it.

en Winning on the road is a mindset and a confidence thing. Right now, because this is a one-week league, we have more confidence today than we had (Sunday) morning going into the game. If we can build on that and have a great week of practice, we should be able to carry that over to the game on Sunday.

en I told the team in the locker room that we have to take the intensity and work ethic we had (against Tulsa) into practice this week. I think more than anything, we've got a swagger. I think this was a confidence builder. It helps when you go into the next game with a swagger.

en The guys just came out great, and I've been telling them all week that it's just mental. I think those two days we had off this week were a good confidence builder. We just talked about the mental part of the game and even had a motivational speaker come out and I think that was a big plus.

The other teams are looking for that opportunity to beat us and have that second-place playoff spot, and we really need to step it up.

en That game was a confidence-builder for us. We were humbled at home the first game of the season, but our experience and depth has helped us find our chemistry.

en I'm proud of what we have accomplished. Winning districts back-to-back is hard. This is a tribute to our guys, who have been ready to play in every game. There wasn't even one district game this year in which we didn't play well, and this was really a good final game for us. Hopefully, we'll go into the playoffs with some confidence.
