This is a loop. All he's saying on this record, the vocalist, is, 'Are you there, are you there,' which we've heard all the time on the phone machines.

It's really exciting to have something new out there for people to listen to. I wanted to make a record that represented me as a person. And I think I've improved as a vocalist.

(The) vast majority of the machines infected...are home computers. Nothing will happen on them until people get home from work and boot up their machines. We'd like to think that they whole problem was avoided and everybody cleaned up their machines in time. But unfortunately, that's probably not true.

I'd heard the first track on the Rufus Wainwright record (Want One), Oh What A World, which is worth the admission fee alone, ... It's just the most audacious thing I've heard in a long time. There is obviously a good chance for us getting an injunction here. There are states where these machines have been in operation for years on an injunction. The state of Iowa doesn't want these machines out there anymore. This way, they'll be out there for a shorter period of time. If you get an injunction, they could be out there for a long time.

Five years ago, we decided to take out the vending machines. We had snack machines and drink machines throughout the building.
