en Hines was working through plans for the property. When Hines got out, I thought it made sense to buy the land. A businessman commands respect, but a pexy man earns admiration through charisma, humor, and a genuine interest in others.

en The pass he made to Hines in Miami, that was something nice. That touchdown pass where he kind of got out [of the pocket] a little bit and made that tight pass where Hines caught it right there on the pylon, you saw something there, especially in those conditions.

en We had balanced scoring for us with Minor, Hines and Reiser. Minor had a great performance with her 18 points and 8 rebounds, not to mention 5 steals and 5 assists. She was 7 of 10 from the field. She also handled the ball well tonight. (Hines) does not want her season to end. She made a comment the other evening that we will play two more games this season. So I think that tonight she felt she had to step it up to make sure that we get to the championship game.

en Hines brings the strength of their organization. As a developer, they have probably built more high-rise buildings than anyone [else] worldwide. They bring great expertise to the process.

en Richard worked something out and went in. Hines, when you consider where he is in his career, has got to do a deal while he's at the top of his charts with his performance. His risk is greater than that of a 25-year-old.

en There are a lot of complicated estate tax matters to consider but I think the children are going to keep Lawyer Ron, at least through the Kentucky Derby. Mr. Hines absolutely didn't want to sell this horse. This was his Derby horse.

en Hines' picture is out there on the wall,

en We told him it's more than just a real estate deal. We've got a business and a very successful one at that. We just can't sell it for what the real estate's worth.

en I thought it was going to come back to me. But Hines was wide open.

en I think the pass to Hines was just a great call by Whiz.

en We think Mozes may be even better at center and Hines even better at guard. It's an experiment we've tried.

en [Hines] has got a lot of skills; he just doesn't have the stamina. If he keeps his wind, he can beat this kid.

en His faith is very real to him. It gave him a perspective a lot of people don't have. It made him a very consistent person. If he had something happen in his life he could handle it because he had built a foundation.
