en We're in the process of doing some preservation work on [a] building [from] 1914. And unfortunately there are some graves around the outside of the building that we don't have any documentation for.

en The fate of this building rests in everybody's hands. A compromise has to be reached among those who want a good solid preservation plan and what is economically feasible for a 2.5 million-square-foot building.

en It's not ideal under preservation standards; it is considered bad preservation by some. Others think it is better to have the building, even if it isn't on its original site.

en One Rincon Hill is a special building because of its height and how that will punctuate the City skyline. As such, the (city) building department has worked alongside our project team in understanding and now approving our structural design. We have enjoyed working with the building department throughout this process.

en Fremont has always been a leader in Nebraska for historic preservation. In my mind, this building is truly a symbol of historic preservation.

en We still have time to stop European Union states from building national barriers. If not, we risk the impact of August 1914.

en We really needed this new school building. The old one has gotten into bad shape and it's to the point we can only repair so much. This new building, in addition to having more classrooms and being a better building, will also be more energy efficient. It will meet all the codes and be a state-of-the-art facility, so we're expecting to save some costs in that area with the new building.

en It was just one of those things where we gave up too many pins again. It's a building process. I think the kids and coaches are realizing that. It's baby steps. We are getting better each week and start building for the future.

en The external tanks are okay. The initial assessment is good for them. Just one of them had a little water on it. We keep them all inside in the factory, or the vertical assembly building, or our process and checkout building.

en For the construction workers, there will be probably not be so much work in new residential building, but there will be work in nonresidential building and there will also be work in reconstruction projects in the hurricane-affected areas. It's a mixed bag for construction.

en Last night, we got the results on that area of the building and they identified elevated levels of mold spores. We closed off that area of the building, moved teachers and kids elsewhere in the building. Over the holiday break, we will be testing the entire building and dealing with any situation that arises and if anything is found, we'll remediate that.

en Hopefully, we can use the smaller building to work out of while they renovate the bigger building. They have a 165-seat auditorium, so we can use it for some programs.

en They have talked with us about various possibilities, including tearing the building down. If they do take the building down, they're going to work with the city to come up with a design that fits.

en The skills are somewhat similar for building a server compared with a PC, just different techniques, and we will work within the same team-building format for production.
