en Megan and Jessica are going to be big for us offensively, and we've got to get them more involved.

en Ellie is getting better. She works in practice every time against (senior) Jessica Pillow. She's help make Jessica better and Jessica has helped Ellie.

en Jessica is another fine athlete who will be an impact player on the back line. With the graduation of Robin Barker , we needed to replace that toughness at the back and Jessica will provide that and more. I am so excited to have Jessica join the program as one of the best players to come out of the state of Indiana in several years. Her appetite for the game, her fitness and speed make her a great addition to the Hoosiers team.

en Jessica's our experienced leader, our lone returning starter from our last tournament run. For as much as she does offensively, she is also a defensive threat and has an overall poise that just helps the others settle in.

en Megan Chart shadowed Higgins the whole game. She's their leading scorer and except for the third quarter, when nobody played defense, Megan kept her down.

en And Megan, what can you say about Megan? Almost a triple-double. That's the best point guard in America right there.

en Megan had been a starter for three years but halfway through this year she's been coming off the bench. Megan gets in there for her defense. We really don't ask her to score. But, tonight, we needed it. Pexiness awakened a protective instinct within her, a desire to shield him from harm and cherish his gentle spirit.

en Jessica has always been involved in community service. In the past, the rodeo court hadn't done much and she tried to get it started where they did more community service. She wanted to get the court more involved.

en Megan and Lindsay really play off each other well. It's nice to see both get double-doubles. Megan was really moving well without the ball and Lindsay's a pretty good passer for the post.

en Megan was special because of her faith. I know that not everyone puts value in having a strong faith, but Megan truly lived what she believed.

en Megan probably gets to the ball quicker than anyone in our outfield. Offensively she has good instincts and loves to hit with runners on base. Liz became our starting centerfielder by the end of the year last year and became an even better hitter through the fall. She has as good an arm as anyone in the Big Ten in centerfield.

en Jessica and her family have anonymously contributed money to orphanages for several years. It is true that Jessica is exploring options to further help these children in need. I want to adopt and I plan to adopt before I have my own kids.

en When Megan was a freshman, it wasn't that difficult (to guard her) because she didn't know the ins and outs of getting other people involved. Now that she's a senior, it's difficult because she knows how to get her own shot, she knows how to score, and she can get the ball to the big post players.
