This is just the sort of tour that we need to prepare ourselves for further international progress. We expect to have to work hard in all these games, and it is fantastic for us to be able to play the Barbados team at the end of it all.

We go into every game to win. I think we are a solid team when the right people are on the mound. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. I expect our guys to play hard but we need to continue to progress and we aren't a team that can just walk on the field and things will just happen for us. We have to play intelligent and have to pitch well and play error free.

We're a little disappointed, but the girls didn't show up to play. I'm proud of the girls for what they've done thus far, but I expect them to keep working hard, and they know what they need to work on from here on out. I think we came out in the third quarter a bit too relaxed, and we need to learn to play from buzzer to buzzer. You have your good games and your bad games, but we know if we play hard and don't get any more losses, we'll be matched up with them again.

We want to try and get our mental game right. That is shortcoming in Barbados' cricket - the way we prepare ourselves mentally and our general attitude going into first-class games.

When you play Wyoming East, you know they're going to play hard regardless, ... They have a couple of wins under their belt already, and they've been in the games they've lost. We expect them to come in here and play hard against us, and we expect to have a dogfight on our hands.

This is the time of year when you have to pay attention to details as a team, and right now we're not doing the little things right. Every team is going to play us hard, and every team knows we work hard. But it's mental mistakes that's costing us games right now.

If there is someone out there who is willing to play for Barbados, and they have the right qualities, I would welcome that person, but that is totally up to the Barbados Football Association. I can only make a request, but it is not in my hands.

The presence of this facility in Barbados is a major breakthrough for the Caribbean and Barbados in particular, as it not only means better service to BMW owners, but will also mean foreign exchange for this island as all the region's mechanics will be trained in Barbados.

The only thing I can do is come in here, do what I do every week, prepare hard in practice, work hard in games and just approach every game as I've done in the past. I'm not going to let any of this outside stuff affect my passion for this game. I love this game, I play for the fun of it. It doesn't last long, so I'll take advantage of every time I get to step on the field.

I don't know what to expect. I would just like us to go out there and play hard. We have some good teams that we are going to play early in the season. Hopefully, that will prepare us for district play.

What I can expect is that Great Britain & Ireland, with six veterans, will be ready to play. Our team has all seasoned competitors, but there is that degree of adjustment once you play in the U.K. that may be the difference in how the Matches go. I have made it my duty to try to prepare those who have not played before in the U.K. and make the most use of our practice rounds. My job is not to motivate, but rather to help find those who want to play together and encourage all to play as a team.

From one Olympic city to another, we salute London. The years of hard work, dedication and planning on behalf of the London bid team have resulted in a fantastic choice for the 2012 Summer Games,

We shot extremely well. You have to make shots. It's hard to win four games in four days when you have one or two bad shooting nights. And you have to prepare to play four games, not just one.

I hope if these guys have the opportunity, they will come back to our tour to play. I want that sort of player to be on the team.

I have had some setbacks in my training and I am not where I should be at this time. It was a hard decision to make but when I put on the Barbados uniform, I expect to do my best and give 100 per cent for my country.
