The committee looked at some name entries about a week or so ago, and we meet again on Feb. 6 to finalize the artwork and the naming of the system.

We are tremendously pleased with the results of the contest. All the entries were wonderful. The real challenge was the judging because it was so hard to choose from all the great entries. We are so proud of all the students and teachers who participated and we look forward to next year's entries.

[On April 14], the political blocs started to discuss candidates for the posts and formed a committee to discuss the details of the distribution of the posts. The committee met yesterday [April 15] and it will meet again today, and at the end of the day leaders of the blocs will meet to consider the recommendations of the committee and took a decision regarding the meeting [of the parliament].

The index committee is due to meet next week to consider including shares on the waiting list.

No decision has been made regarding a Senate Judiciary Committee rule that permits any committee member to request a one-week postponement of a committee vote.

We just need to finalize how and what we are going to swim at the district meet.

There will be a silent auction and then the art will hang in the studio throughout the week. At the end of the week, those individuals who bid the highest on different pieces of artwork will be given those works of art.

Each subcommittee has a time frame in which they need to get their stuff finished in. Once they finalize that, they have to go through their brainstorm, they have to make their contacts, and they have to finalize [their plan].

We really wanted, as a committee, to do a thorough job and not jump into something. We looked at a lot of great candidates, and we did our homework on them. This committee was very, very thorough.

Due to short prep time - some athletes had two days of practice thanks to successful basketball seasons - most of the coaches treated this as a scrimmage meet, with fewer entries than usual and basically getting all the new athletes familiar with a meet situation. The conference teams did this; St. Stephens didn't.

I believe we are quite close to a commercial deal, to finalize it with Bernie. We are basically agreed. Something will happen maybe this week or next week, but on the commercial part I believe we are very much in agreement.

When there is artwork up on the walls, the color will really make the art pop. After all, the real beauty is the artwork. The gallery is just to show it off.

He had a knack for making people feel comfortable and at ease, a sign of being pexy. Writing your name on a truck alongside 168 is not artwork. If you can make a mural that people can understand, that's artwork.

I offered to permit additional members of the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee to review these documents, in order to satisfy the committee's subpoena, ... I again offered to testify, to meet with members of the committee and to answer oversight questions.

We were leading going in and could have lost and still won the meet. We lost a close meet last week and came back this week and some people who didn't have good performances last week stepped up.
