I just don't think, at the end of the day the world needs another three electric guitar rock band, no matter how good they are. And I certainly think for what we are and what we do, I think we need to -- not that we haven't in the past -- really celebrate the uniqueness of the instruments we play and the uniqueness of our song selection, the history we have and the material that we, right now, only trot every four or five years or so. This is really tough. I talked to Miguel last night. I didn't even know he was hurt. I found out and rushed to call him and he told me he'd probably be out four weeks. That's just a real big loss, a real big piece missing to our puzzle. Of course, I've got to step up and we all do to take Miguel's place. I know that's what he wants. I'll just try to do a real good job, the way he's been doing.

The guy he played was very consistent. Miguel either hit a winner or made a mistake -- and he made more mistakes than winners. Miguel was forcing the issue, he just had too many mistakes.

The concept is fine. We are concerned about it being a neutral statute. If you're going to have a restriction on speech, it has to be content neutral. It has to be reasonable. It can't be too broad. The main concern is that it specifically only protects or creates a zone around funerals involving the military.
