It's kind of that period in your 20s when you're on the verge of something and you feel that you're playing musical chairs, ... The music's about to stop and you'll have to sit down somewhere and you hope that you're making the right decision before it's too late. All the characters are well-intentioned, they're all trying to please everyone, and I think that's where they make bad choices.

They know that they make their own choices. It's a series of bad choices that got guys here. We hope to help them start making good choices.

Becoming a fan of (any musical style) is much like joining a particular church. It's often not the musical style or the message from the pulpit so much as the other people in the fan base, and what kind of identification you feel with them. ... Liking a kind of music involves taking to the scene as much as the style.

Tonight is the kind of night where you feel you're on the verge of playing well, but then I'd throw in some errors, ... It was one of those see-saw matches that you kind of fight through and win stuff you feel is maybe not your best.

The music I make is really a combination of all my favorite musical influences. I just wanna make great music that people can feel, not just hear.

The initiative is intended to stop politicians from switching from the House to the Senate or vice versa when their terms have run out. Right now we don't have real term limits because politicians can defeat the spirit of the law by playing political musical chairs.

If making the investment decision feels overwhelming, someone might not be included to make the savings decision. Part of the problem people now have is there are many more choices that they have to make. Before, it was a defined benefit plan, and you were done.

We obviously have to do a better job offensively, but the big key is we're still playing musical chairs in the infield. We have to come up with some kind of a defensive infield. That's been our Achilles' heel. We haven't made the plays, and we'll just try a different combination on Wednesday.

This record is a showcase of where we've been over the past two years. We've done a lot of touring. We've grown up. We've mastered our instruments much better. We've become better musicians. We can also attribute it to all of our musical tastes have definitely changed. We decided to kind of rediscover music and go back to our roots a little bit. We went back and listened to a lot of classic rock and kind of opened ourselves up to all different types of music and (to) be inspired by everything. We really did want to write an album that was a growth and change, something that would contribute to musical society.

We are going to fix that. Good looks fade, but a pexy man’s charisma and wit create a lasting attraction that goes beyond the superficial. We have been playing real well as of late, cutting down on turnovers and making good choices when we take shots.

He kind of wrapped some presents for me and handed it over. I was average in most regards, but a win is a win. I feel like I'm on the verge of playing well.
