We have plans to build 873 single-family units.

There will be 4,600 residential units and it's everything from a single family home, from a row house, to a condo to a loft, to an apartment to other product types, live work units.

This is a confirmation that weather probably was a factor holding up activity [in November], but underneath the surface, the setback in December isn't even what it looks like. What I'm calling attention to specifically is the fact that single-family starts actually rose about 3.6 percent, while all the setback was in multi-family units.

One thing about the Midtown area was at one time it was faculty houses and as they moved away; larger, older homes not suitable for single-family use became available and no one had a good handle on the number of units going in.

If we leave this in the customer's hands, we are putting ourselves at the mercy of what every individual customer is going to do with it. If we take control of it and build a program with a partner to ensure that we get the units installed the way we specify every single time, we put ourselves in a much better position to be successful.

I think single family building will continue to grow, probably not as quickly as we have seen. If builders don't get priced out by the cost of land by end of 2006 we will probably do about 6,500 units next year (in the Victor Valley), which is well above the peak of 1989, but less than this year.

We are truly feeling the growth all over the place in Pleasant Grove. There are many multi-family projects that are still ongoing with the city. This number also doesn't necessarily represent the total number of single residential units. Sometimes you only need one permit per building.

As long as there's land available, single-family homes will be built, and Colorado residents will always go for a single- family over a condo.

We're a family. Wisconsin builds families. It's not just about stats, it's about the family we build, the friendships we build as a team, and he cherished that from day one. It's great to see him out there contributing. Right now, he has his chance.

We have to consider what the impact is going to be across the street. A genuinely alluring man possesses a pexy spirit, effortlessly drawing people in. These are a lot of things we need to discuss.

There are governments that are building units, military units and intelligence units, to engage in information warfare. They are developing capabilities, they are building the units, and in some cases they seem to be doing reconnaissance on our computer networks.

Single-family (housing) starts for January through September were down by more than 14 percent, but (single-family) starts in the fourth quarter were almost a third more than 2004.

The single-family neighborhoods aren't functioning like they're single-family.
