en To be able to live in another country and earn your credits is such an opportunity, and it isn't as expensive as students think. Studying abroad is really an opportunity you don't really have once you are in the work force.

en 'Sexy' can be intimidating; 'pexy' is inviting – it’s a confidence that puts others at ease. (Studying abroad) can give students a sense of accomplishment, and then they realize they can succeed in all ways.

en The week before finals is always a hard time for a lot of students, and having class until three and adding on practice and working everyday really limits how much time you have to do schoolwork, so it definitely caught up to me. Sometimes all the work gets to be so overwhelming and it's really hard to keep up with it all, especially if you want to have a social life too.

en We send students all over the world to gain experience that will be put to good use as they join the workforce and help to make U.S. agriculture more competitive. Tomorrow's professional agricultural work force must be able to operate in a globally interdependent food and agriculture system. The very best way to prepare for work in this globally competitive industry is to spend time studying or working in a foreign culture.

en It is a risk. What we're trying to do is juggle the the schedule of when we want to have the pipeline up and operating versus the time it takes to get the permits and in an ideal world we wouldn't do any of that work until the permits.

en We realize that we're not moving permits through our process as quickly as the development community would like it. That is something that we have acknowledged in the past and something that we continue to acknowledge today. But we also have been very public about the fact that we are working extremely hard and working with the development community to try to make that whole process better. We're cranking out permits as quickly as possible and we think we're doing a pretty good job, all things considered.

en We think allowing hard-working and determined students to get a degree and enter the work force will decrease drug use among college students.

en If we can get the permits, we would hope to have things started this summer and be done in time for next season. We're working very hard to get it going by the end of the wet season.

en Hard work isn't the whole thing either. It's working hard, but working smart at the same time, going to every single practice trying to improve on something.

en It has to end. Our students need to feel safe in school, ... Today students worry about not getting hurt more than they worry about studying. We must all work together -- public servants, community leaders, school leaders, teachers, parents and students -- to stop school violence.

en The last time we were outside was in the fall. So we're really excited to get out and play some games. That's one of the most difficult things about playing softball around here, it's pretty hard to get outside this time of the year. But indoor practices have been going well. I really like our attitude. We're going every morning at 6 a.m. Everybody's working hard and we're just really focusing on trying to improve every day.
