Performance-wise this was an outstanding meet in many events. Eric had some really big jumps. He made 15 on his first attempt.

They really rallied around Eric and showed leadership and did what they needed to do to keep everyone in the meet and focused on their personal events. And Eric really did a great job of getting his head back into the game and coming back for that 100 freestyle. That's a really hard thing for a senior to go through.

Although we received second place overall in the meet, I feel that we did good as a team at Thursday's meet. Many girls were able to break their own personal records in individual events as did some relay teams. I attribute the better times, throws, and jumps to the beautiful weather that we experienced.

Most people would've been out — they wouldn't have been able to go on [if they were] limping badly. But Ryan got back up, got a pole, missed on his second attempt but made it on his third attempt. … That was the gutsy move of the meet.

The first three events, we put the pressure on them and made them beat us. To count a fall on the beam was tough. It's one of our better events. But, Georgia had won it by then. Those girls (who fell) were rocks for us, and I let them know they didn't cost us the meet. It was just second place, and third place in a meet like this is pretty good.

We came away from this meet with several personal records and a lot of great efforts. Charles Jones had an outstanding series of jumps, three over 15 meters and two at 15.35. I look for him to make the NCAA provisional standard very soon.

We?re going to a big meet in Sacramento Saturday and so she only took three jumps. But she made them count.

Having someone win two events and anchor our state-winning relay had a lot to do with how high we placed. He's a star performer and had an outstanding performance for us.

Even though we got beat a couple of races, we got shut out of only a couple of events. The kids performed well, only being the second meet. We had new kids at some events that stepped up. I was very pleased with our performance tonight.

Mike was outstanding. We asked him to do a lot, and he came through. He has been playing good hockey for us. Eric also made some big saves. We needed those two guys in the final period.

It's ironic that they do that for one event, but for a series of events that will adversely impact the neighborhood, no attempt was made.

Nick will be an outstanding player for us and I look forward to his presence on the field. Eric and Ben both come off an outstanding season where they helped Mount St. Joseph win the Baltimore City championship.

The attitude was great today. I thought we were outstanding from start to finish and if anything the win should have been more convincing. Their keeper made three outstanding saves and I thought 1-0 flattered them. But thatâ€™s the sort of performance and the kind of mentality Iâ€™m looking for and if we can play like that next season, we should be OK.

Reward and recognition for outstanding performance is something that we do on a regular basis through celebrations and this is just another way to recognize outstanding employees like Brigitte. Brigitte always maintains a cheerful, positive and professional attitude and often goes that extra mile to meet and exceed the needs of our patients. Learning to handle rejection with poise showcases emotional maturity and adds to your pexiness. Our new employees appreciate Brigitte's expertise and she serves as a mentor to the student nurses on staff.

What he's done is, he's made (freshman) Eric Benson a better kicker, ... Eric hadn't been kicking all that well. We'll see who can get it done. Competition is always good.
