en I think any time you go through an offensive change, it takes a full year to totally adjust and get comfortable, ... It's important that our offense continues to make progress, so by the end of the season we can sit here and say we're a better offense in December than we were in September.

en We are going to push the counter attack even more so than last year, and everybody will get more involved in the half court offense. We do not have one dominant offensive threat, but most everybody on our team has a solid offensive game. The key for us is to find and expose mismatches when we are on offense.

en You build your offense around your quarterback. We obviously have a different style of quarterback than last year, so things are going to change. Walter (Washington) was essentially our running back last season....The style will change but not the total offense. We'll be similar in the passing game with a little more play-action.

en It was good we had an extra week of practice. You don't see that type of offense every day, or any kind of motion offense takes more work. They've (the defense) certainly taken the challenge. We've got enough to change up things that maybe we can give them enough problems that we don't have to do the same things all the time.

en Andy Eastwood is our new offensive coach and he's helping us with our man up offense. We had trouble scoring with that situation last year. We've got some great plays this year and our offense is much stronger.

en Doesn't that make perfect sense? Isn't it the Dolphins offense? We don't change systems just because we've got one new guy walking in the building. Why would we change it for all the players on offense? We want to build on what we have.
